By using the Website you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under the age of 18 or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may use the Website only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. You may not use my products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Registration and use of the website
Registered users and Visitors (un-registered users) may order Goods on the Website.
To register as a user, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certain information and personal details to Leads2Living. You will use your unique username and password to access the Website in order to purchase goods and receive additional services.
You agree and warrant that your username and password shall:
- be used for personal use only; and
- not be disclosed by you to any third party.
For security purposes you agree to enter the correct username and password whenever ordering goods. Should you fail, you will be denied access.
You agree that, once the correct username and password relating to your account have been entered, irrespective of whether the use of the username and password is unauthorised or fraudulent, you will be liable for payment of such order. It can be taken into consideration should the order be cancelled by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to notify Leads2Living immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonably suspecting any unauthorised access to or use of your username and password and to take steps to mitigate any resultant loss or harm.
Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
Registered users may place orders for Goods, which Leads2Living may accept or reject. Whether or not Leads2Living accepts an order depends on the availability of Goods, and receipt of payment or payment authorisation by Leads2Living for the Goods. Please take note of lead times for custom made orders and backorders. This can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on request and unforeseen circumstances (for example loadshedding, big demand, capacity)

Product or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities (some items might be sold as limited editions) and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Modification to Products or Prices
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Leads2Living.
Washing Instructions / Care & Maintenance of Printed Products:
For best results using Eco water pigment printing:
- Gentle hand wash using cold water
- For first wash keep item separate
- Avoid strong detergents, hard spinning, hot or industrial wash
- Drip dry – do not wring.
- No excessive rubbing on print.
- Iron on reverse
- Colour fade may occur over time and cotton has a tendency to shrink
Gift Vouchers & Coupons
Leads2Living may from time to time make physical or electronic gift vouchers and promotional coupons or discounts available for use on the Website towards the purchase of Leads2Living Goods. Gift Vouchers and Coupons can only be redeemed while they are valid and their expiry dates cannot be extended.

LEADS2LIVING makes no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, that the information or files available on the Website are free of viruses, spyware, malware, trojans, destructive materials or any other data or code which is able to corrupt, destroy, compromise, disrupt, disable, harm, jeopardize or otherwise impede in any manner the operation, stability, security functionality or content of your computer system, computer network, hardware or software in any way. You accept all risk associated with the existence of such viruses, destructive materials or any other data or code which is able to corrupt, compromise, jeopardize, disrupt, disable, harm or otherwise impede in any manner the operation or content of a computer system, any handset or mobile device, or your hardware or software.

Leads2Living cannot be held liable for any inaccurate information published on the Website and/or any incorrect prices displayed on the Website, save where such liability arises from the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Leads2Living.
